WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tecogen^® Inc. (NASDAQ: TGEN) today announced the sale of two InVerde^® INV-100 combined heat and power (CHP) systems to EuroSite Power Inc. (OTCQB: EUSP) a European-based On-Site Utility™ solutions provider.  EuroSite won a fifteen-year contract with FJB Hotels to provide on-site power to two properties in the UK.  The Tecogen systems will produce efficient, environmentally friendly energy for EuroSite's customers at a price guaranteed to be lower than the grid.

Together, the two Tecogen CHP systems will produce up to 3,326,917 kWh of total energy per annum while saving up to 472 tons of CO₂ – equivalent to taking 100 cars off the road each year.
