Data Center Power Generators & Chillers

Solve Your Data Center's Power Problem Immediately

Solve Your Data Center's Power Problem Immediately

Are you short of power? Is the utility telling you they might not have enough power for you for two years? What are your options? If you put your cooling on Tecogen's non-electric driven chillers, you can free up 30% to 40% of your power needs immediately. If you are still short of power, you can generate your own power on-site with our InVerde power generation modules. Our inverter based 480V systems have built in electrical protection so multiple units can be daisy chained together to build a microgrid quickly. You can be operational in under 6 to 12 months because you don't have to wait for long lead time medium voltage switchgear and electrical panels.

As you expand your data center, you can add Tecogen's direct-to-chip cooling solution or on-site power in modules so you don't have to spend all the money up front. Best of all, you will slash your energy bills.

Our Data Center Chillers

Our Data Center Chillers

Our precision cooling line offers industrial-grade performance for mission critical applications. We use a screw chiller that is designed to run continuously and handle high lift applications. We can provide the chillers pre-packaged in a modular chiller plant as a 2,000 ton system for fast easy on-site installation. Our chillers are supported with 24/7 factory maintenance plans to make sure uptime is maintained.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AIR-COOLED & WATER-COOLED CHILLERS?

The advantages of our air-cooled chillers are utilizing ambient air to efficiently extract heat from your IT space, these energy-efficient and space-saving units are often bundled in quick installation packages, providing cost savings. Alternatively, our water-cooled chillers employ external cooling towers/dry coolers to dissipate heat, offering durability, quiet operation, and energy efficiency comparable to air-cooled counterparts. Explore liquid cooling solutions for direct-to-chip efficiency.

Chiller Product Line

We help data centers determine which direct-to-chip cooling product benefits them most. Multiple chillers are often used to accommodate custom facilities.

Power Generation Product Line

Power Generation Product Line

Our data center generators are built to run in a microgrid for 24/7 mission critical applications. If your facility doesn’t have enough or unstable power, utilize these off-grid for reliable on-site power. Our generators supplement or create additional power for your small, colocation, or medium sized data center. Typical microgrid installations vary from 500kW to 2MW or more. These industrial grade data center generators provide reliable and resilient electricity using a robust V8 engine.

Our cogeneration systems are quiet and meet emissions regulations everywhere in the country including California's AQMD requirements. They can be installed inside or outside and the hot water from the engine can be fed to an absorption chiller to cool the data center.
