Tecogen's Ninth Domestic Service Center to Serve New and Existing Customers in the Greater New York Metropolitan Area
WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tecogen Inc. (NASDAQ: TGEN) today announced the opening of a new domestic service center to support new installations and the long-term service contracts for existing customers in the greater New York metropolitan area. Located in Valley Stream, NY, the center is the company's ninth domestic Customer Service Center.
Sales of Tecogen's natural gas powered, combined heat and power equipment are growing in the greater New York metropolitan area. Current customers such as Brevoort East are purchasing additional equipment and new customers, such as Tower West are coming on board quickly. Tecogen currently has a significant backlog of orders for the greater New York area.
