Tecogen presently services over 400 cogeneration units ranging in size from 30kW to 100kW. Over 200 cogeneration sites are serviced by our own trained service technicians through our service centers nationwide. Tecogen services over 100 TECOCHILL engine-driven chiller sites. Chiller service contracts range in scope from engine-only to full chiller responsibility. All CHP modules and chillers are supplied with a Remote Monitoring and Control System (RMCS) and have a call out feature to notify us of any alarms. Tecogen calls every chiller and CHP module equipped with a phone line daily between the hours of 6:00am and 8:00am. Many of our manuals and parts lists are available on our manuals page.
